Seller clients are represented with sound guidance, tasteful and high-yielding marketing, expert negotiation, communication and transparency. Buyer clients are represented with identical care, and the active prospecting for quality property with value appreciating potential.

I am licensed to assist buyers and sellers of all real estate types in Connecticut and Jamaica and may refer to agents and entities outside of my territory or scope of practice.

Leasing

I assist commercial and residential tenants secure rental property ideals and negotiate lease terms, and landlords fill vacancies with qualified tenants.   

Rental and Property Management

I provide basic to complete management of rental properties and vacation homes/transient accommodations such as Airbnb and VRBO listings. My territories of management are Eastern and Southern Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Jamaica.
